Step 2: When it comes to creating a LOGYTalks account, you have two alternatives.
Step 3: You will receive an email from LOGYTalks with a confirmation link.
Once it is confirmed, you are welcome to the community, where you can : Grow your events through an online Conferencing space with up to 1 million attendees per session.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to set up a LOGYTalks conference meeting easily:
A. Starting A Conference
Step 1: Log in to your LOGYTalks account.
Step 2: Click on create a conference
Step 3: Fill in the appropriate details
Note: If you have international participants, you can get live interpretations of six universal languages. All you have to do is set your audience’s language and the organiser’s language.
Step 1: Go to your email and check for your invite to join the conference. Once you have joined the conference, you will be redirected to the video conference room.
Note: you can activate the interpretation by clicking the flag under the presenter
Step 1: Click on the library
Step 2: Upload your videos/documents
Note: You can sort them by date
LOGYTalks Rooms are virtual conference rooms where only particular members can interact with the community.
Step 1: Click on rooms
Step 2: Click on create Public, Private , Business room if you want to interact and engage with you community.
To create public, private, or business rooms, click on my rooms and invite other members to discuss verticals that matter.
To join the live talks created by other members, click on all rooms and then join.
If you are the organizer, you can control all mics and cameras in the meeting. You can also control the chatting process and share your screen. You can also record your conference session.
Once the meeting is ended, you can get your recorded conference on the previous conference.
In order to keep your participants engaged, networking lounges are created automatically when your events come to end. You can start a conversation with your attendees and interact with them as well as ask them for feedback and subjects that they would want to discuss.
